Rev. Jim Solberg
Bridges for Peace, International.
As USA National Director, Jim is the lead servant of the work
of Bridges for Peace in the United States. Jim first traveled
to Israel in 1974, as part of a college study program. Like so
many others, the Land and the people left an indelible mark on
his heart. He is vice-chair of the BFP-USA Board, and a member
of the BFP International Board of Directors. He is an ordained
minister, and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree. He regularly
teaches on the weekly Torah reading, Rabbinic comments, and what
Christians today can learn from our roots in Judaism. Jim and
his wife Sharon live in Edina, Minnesota, and are active in church
activities and prison ministry.
